Water and Coffee It is very important to use high quality water. It's always amazing to me just how much water influences the final flavor of coffee. Here in China Spring, Texas, the water is very soft and I find that it gives the coffee a darker taste.
I roast my coffee specifically for bottled water, and I test each batch of coffee with that water. Filtered water is also a good alternative. If the water tastes bad, adding coffee won't improve it. |
