Ordering, Shipping, and Returns

We consider ourselves ethical and level-headed people. If we misfill an order for some reason, we will gladly cover the cost of getting you what you ordered, and we will do so promptly—with the same speed and diligence given to website orders.

If for some other legitimate reason you are not satisfied with your order—for example, the chocolates in your gift box arrive melted (this unfortunately happens sometimes) or an item arrives damaged, we will again cover the cost of replacing the item.

However, we require that the damaged or misfilled item be returned to us unconsumed as proof of the problem. We hope that this policy seems reasonable to you as it does to us. We will gladly refund your cost of shipping upon receiving the item with the problem you describe to us.

The bottom line is that we use what we consider fair and ethical judgment if you have a problem with your order. Our goal is to attract a following of loyal customers who love our coffee as much as we do and who appreciate good customer service when they see it. Please feel free to let us know what we can do to make your buying experience a better one!

Since fresh coffee is considered a grocery item, no tax is applicable when you buy our coffee by the pound. This also means that tax does not apply to auto deliveries.

However, if you live in the state of Texas (we're located in China Spring, Texas), then sales tax does apply to our gift items.

Our goal is to get coffee from our roaster to your home, restaurant, or business in 2-4 days. With this goal in mind, we have chosen to offer the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail and Express Mail exclusively as shipping options.

USPS Priority Mail is impressively economical when compared to UPS Ground or FedEx Ground/FedEx HomeDelivery. And it's still the fastest among those options at an average arrival time of 2-3 days.

USPS Express Mail is the Postal Service's overnight alternative. They guarantee arrival in 1-2 days, depending on the destination. You can calculate the guaranteed arrival time of an Express Mail delivery here. The origin zip code will be 76633. Keep in mind that we guarantee same-day shipment if you order before 10AM. If you're in a bind, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

Auto Delivery

We know that even with a slick website like ours (*chuckle*), it can be a pain-in-the-butt to get online and order your coffee every month or every couple weeks. So do you instead pick up the cheap stuff during your next outing to the grocery store? No!

Just tell us what coffee you want, how often you want it, and we'll take care of the rest. That's what we call an auto delivery. There's no obligation; you can cancel at anytime online or over the phone. No questions asked. We're not here to lock you into anything. We are simply providing an easy alternative to ordering manually every so often.

We'll ship your coffee automatically every two weeks, every month, every two months, etc. You simply tell us when and how much.

Make sure you're logged in. If you're not logged in, it will say "Not Logged In" at the very top right corner of the page. Simply click on "Not Logged In" to login. Once you're logged in, it will have your email address at the top right corner of the page.

Click on Auto Delivery here or at the top of the page, and you will see your auto deliveries. Click the "Deactivate" button below the auto delivery you'd like to cancel. That's it! You will no longer receive shipments or be charged for that auto delivery.

If at any time you wish to resume that auto delivery, simply click on the "Reactivate" button below the auto delivery you want to resume.

Don't see your question? Write or phone us with your question, and we will respond usually within a matter of hours. We love to hear feedback, and we'll bend over backwards to give you great service.
